Is THIS the actual title of Karthi 27? Here’s what we know of Karthi-C Prem Kumar film

Karthi, who has numerous exciting movies lined up for 2024, will be seen in 96-fame director C Prem Kumar’s film, which is tentatively titled Karthi 27. The film, which went on floors in November 2023, is touted to be a family drama. However, the makers have not yet revealed the actual title of the film. Now, according to a few reports, the 27th film of the Japan actor will be titled Mei Azhagan. Karthi is currently busy shooting for Nalan Kumarasamy directorial, Vaa Vaathiyare.

According to reports, the upcoming film stars Karthi and Arvind Swamy in lead roles. The film is reportedly about two friends who turn arch enemies. According to Kollywood sources, the makers of the film will soon announce the official title of the film. Interestingly, the movie is bankrolled by Jyotika-Suriya’s 2D Entertainment, and it’s set to be released in 2024.

Besides Karthi 27, the actor will be seen in numerous exciting projects which are lined up for 2024 release. The Japan actor will be starring in the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial Kaithi 2, which is likely to go on floors this year. He will also be seen in other sequels of his previous films, including P S Mithran’s Sardar 2, H Vinoth’s Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru 2 and Nalan Kumarasamy’s Vaa Vaathiyaare.  

Although the actor’s previous outing Japan was a huge failure at the box office, the audience hopes the actor makes a strong comeback with his upcoming films. The actor’s upcoming film lineup has more sequels of his blockbuster films, and we cannot be more excited about what the actor has in store for his fans!
