It is 'vidaamuyarchi' for Ajith Kumar as actor back on racing track after car accident

Actor and racer Ajith Kumar, much like his film's title Vidaamuyarchi, has not given up on his efforts, and is all set to resume his practise for the upcoming Dubai 24H racing event after the actor met with an accident during this practice session.

Ajith Kumar resumes racing practise after car crash

On Tuesday, Ajith Kumar met with a car accident while practising for his upcoming Dubai 24H racing event. A video of the accident went viral on social media. It showed Ajith's car twirling uncontrollably, after which the actor came out unhurt. As per reports, Ajith was involved in several hours of practice for the event and during one such session, his racing car hit a wall and spun around multiple times. However, Ajith Kumar is safe and a medical examination was conducted.

Now, with the racing event scheduled to take place on January 11, Ajith Kumar had begun his practice for it from Wednesday. It is to be noted that Ajith Kumar's penchant for racing is a known fact and the actor has taken part in several events throughout his career.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajith Kumar’s film Vidaamuyarchi which was scheduled to release for Pongal has deferred its release, leaving scores of fans disappointed.

Good Bad Ugly release date

With Ajith Kumar collaborating with director Adhik Ravichandran for a film titled Good Bad Ugly, the makers announced the release date of the film recently. It is all set to hit theatres on April 10.

Good Bad Ugly is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and has music by GV Prakash Kumar replacing Devi Sri Prasad. Actors Arjun Das, Prasanna, and Trisha are also part of the film. After Vidaamuyarchi’s postponement, many Ajith fans were in for a disappointment. With Good Bad Ugly now giving an update, fans await to see their favourite star on screen once again.
