It has been revealed that Sangeeth Prathap and Sharaf U Dheen would play the main parts in this film, which is Shyamin Girish's directorial debut. On November 5, It's a Medical Miracle hosted a puja ceremony sharing its posts that had the lead cast and crew. Actress Nileen Sandra wrote the story, screenplay, and dialogue for the film, which stars Akhila Bhargavan as the female lead.
Kottayam Nazir, Anand Manmadhan, Kiran Peethambaran, and Parvathy R Krishna are among the supporting cast members of Medical Miracle.
