Antim: The Final Truth is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.
After much speculations, it's confirmed that Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma starrer Antim: The Final Truth is set to get a theatrical release on November 26, 2021. The makers and the actors announced with a motion poster via their social media pages. The film features Salman as a Sikh cop and Aayush as a gangster. The real-life brothers-in-law will be seen locking horns in the upcoming film directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.
While sharing the motion poster, Salman captioned it as "#Antim releases in theatres worldwide on 26.11.2021. It has been a great & cherished association with ZEE and @punitgoenka over the years, have done many films Race3, Loveyatri, Bharat, Dabangg3, Kaagaz, Radhe and now Antim. I am confident he will take Zee to much greater heights in the coming years."
Antim also stars Pragya Jaiswal and Mahima Makwana as the female leads whereas Jisshu Sengupta, Nikitin Dheer, Sayaji Shinde and Sharad Pokshe feature in supporting roles.
Earlier, during an interaction with The Times of India, Jisshu had spoken about sharing the screen space with Salman. The Bangla star had said, "It was great sharing the screen space with Salman Khan. He is a wonderful human being. Salman is a sweetheart. We chatted a lot about films and action sequences. He is extremely helpful. I was finding a portion of the fight sequence very difficult, so he guided me."
Interestingly, the film will be clashing with John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar starrer Satyameva Jayate 2 directed by Milap Zaveri.
Antim is the Hindi remake of the 2018 Marathi film Mulshi Pattern which is helmed by Pravin Tarde. A few weeks back, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2021, the makers had dropped the first song from the film titled Vignaharta which featured Varun Dhawan.
