Itti Si Khushi is the story of Mumbai-based 21-year-old Anvita. She is in charge of her single father, who often deals with loneliness and alcoholism after his partner left him. The show revolves around how Anvita became a superwoman at a very young age by taking care of the household, including her siblings and drunk father.
The TV show, which is the Hindi adaptation of the 2004 British series Shameless (BAFTA winner in 2005), features Sumbul Touqeer Khan as Anvita Divekar, Varun Badola as Anvita's father Suhas Divekar, and Rajat Verma as Virat. Rishi Saxena is seen as a police officer and Anvita's childhood friend, Sanjay.
