Salman Khan made his OTT debut this year with the second season of Bigg Boss OTT. Having said that, the superstar also has a docuseries lined up, which will be released on a streaming platform. Earlier, Khan revealed that the concept of his docuseries, apparently titled Beyond The Star, came from his rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur.
Now, it has been reported that the actress has decided to lend her voice to Salman's docuseries. She earlier crooned songs for Khan's films like Race 3 and Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.
Iulia to be the narrator for Salman Khan's doucseries?
A source close to the development told News18, "Iulia knows Salman, inside and out. So, after the concept was finalised, the makers felt that she was the right fit to also take up the role of a narrator. She will be lending her voice to Beyond The Star and narrating the exciting journey that the superstar has had in the film industry and in his personal life." Vantur is reportedly also a creative producer of this project.
When will Salman Khan's docuseries be released?
The same media report mentioned that the makers are planning to release Beyond The Star on Salman's 58th birthday (December 27).
"In all probability, the makers are eyeing a digital release on a home-grown OTT platform. It promises to make his fans emotional about the life that he has led, the ups, the downs, and chronicle the fun person that he is underneath the tough exterior," a source added.
What's next for Salman Khan?
On the professional front, Salman will next be seen in Tiger 3. The superstar has reunited with Katrina Kaif for Maneesh Sharma's movie. Emraan Hashmi will be seen as a menacing villain in the YRF film. The advance booking of Tiger 3 opened on November 5. The movie will be released on the big screen on Diwali 2023 (November 12).
After Tiger 3's release, Khan is expected to begin working on Tiger vs Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan. As per media reports, the shoot will begin by next year.
