Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke trailer: Regina Cassandra faces big threats and takes them head-on anyway

Regina Cassandra is back, this time for a new film titled Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke. This Srijit Mukherji directorial sees her play the role of an officer who takes threats head-on. The trailer of this movie is out and it is intriguing to say the least.

Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke also stars Sumeet Vyas in the lead role. He plays the antagonist in the film, while Regina is an IPS officer fighting crime even when the government is not by her side.

The film sees Mita Vashisht in the role of a governor. Her banter with Regina’s Kavya Iyer is quite the highlight of the trailer.

Kavya fights the case of bomb (RDX) blasts. She is not afraid to kill or take a mission that isn’t officially approved.

Sumeet, on the other hand, appears as a deadly antagonist. A scene consisting of his laughter is sure to bring you goosebumps.

From the glimpse of it, Barun plays a character close to Regina. He, too, is in the line of duty than on the other side.

The film also stars Barun Sobti, Chandan Roy, Gayathri Shanker, Deepika Amin and Sandeep Dhabale in pivotal roles. The Srijit Mukherji offering is slated for a direct-to-OTT release.

Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke will commence streaming on Zee5. The film is a Republic Day surprise and will be available from January 26, 2023.
