Sunny Deol's Jaat advance bookings opened up on Tuesday, and the movie has started on a fair note. Even though the film, starring Deol as the protagonist and Randeep Hooda as the antagonist, has a fair advance booking, does it come close to what Salman Khan's Sikandar earned in advance booking? Find out...

7388 shows were sold out for Sunny Deol-Randeep Hooda's Jaat advance booking day 1. This translates to 35392 tickets being sold for the film. 26420189 seats were blocked, according to Sacnilk. Thus, the movie earned Rs. 2.64 crore opening in advance booking.

Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda's best films before Jaat releases

Sunny Deol's last blockbuster film Gadar 2 is available for streaming on OTTplay Premium. The movie received love for retaining the essence of the original film, and we definitely recommend you stream the movie.

Randeep Hooda's work of art Swatantrya Veer Savarkar is also available for streaming on OTTplay Premium. The movie is based on freedom fighter Veer Savarkar, whose ideologies are alive in India's socio-political scenario even today. This one is sure to leave you as intrigued.

Jaat vs Sikandar advance booking

Sunny Deol's Jaat advance bookings, much like Salman Khan's Sikandar, are mostly from top-tier cities like Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. However, there's also a huge bridge between the advance bookings for both the movies. While Sikandar minted nearly Rs. 10 crore in its advance booking alone, Jaat has a lot to catch up on. Like Jaat, Sikandar advance booking opened up only two days before Salman Khan's Eid release on Sunday, March 30. While Sikandar managed to mint Rs. 10 crore, that appears uncertain for Jaat at this point, despite the fairly good advance booking.

Why are all eyes on Jaat after Sikandar debacle?

Since Salman Khan's Sikandar failed to perform at the Box Office and minted Rs. 100 crore by its second Sunday (a feat unusual for Salman Khan movies pre-COVID), fans are now looking at Sunny Deol's movie Jaat with a glimmer of hope. Interestingly, Deol and Khan were promoting each other's film, and they happened to be the only big faces endorsing each other's movie. The big question now is, can Deol save the day once again after Gadar 2? We would find out soon.
