Jack OTT release: Siddhu Jonnalagadda's film to stream earlier than expected, here's what we know

Jack is Siddhu Jonnalagadda's new film that hit the screens on April 10, 2025. There was decent hype for the film, but sadly, the comedy caper did not live up to all the expectations. Siddhu Jonnalagadda is still stuck in the DJ Tillu hangover, and the same was evident in his character in Jack as well. However, the way Jack was narrated did not go well with the audience.

Jack OTT platform details

We at OTTplay have already reported that Netflix bagged the digital rights to the film for a fancy price and was supposed to stream the film in the second week of May 2025. But now, as per one of our sources, the digital release is likely to be advanced. The news is that Netflix has plans to stream the film by the end of April 2025.

Jack OTT release date

This is happening as Netflix has paid extra bucks to the makers to stream the film in advance. This is the new trend that is being followed in Telugu cinema. If a film flops, the makers make a deal with the OTT platform to stream the film early. The same happened with films like Game Changer, which was out on OTT within a month of its release.

Bommarillu Bhaskar directed the film, which is an action comedy. Jack is a rookie who wants to become a RAW agent and helps the force on a special mission. Though the story sounds quite good, the narration disappointed one and all. The 

Jack was rejected in a big way by the audience and was out of theaters within three days of its release. Baby fame Vaishnavi Chaitanya played the female lead, and she was also out of place in this film, which had Prakash Raj in a key role.
