In October, three Malayalam web series will debut digitally, in addition to a few much-awaited films that will be released in theatres. With the genres they are tackling and the performances of some phenomenal performers, these shows should stand out.

Cast- Saiju Kurup, Miya, Suhasini, Suresh Krishna and Rahul Riji Nair
The narrative of Jai Mahendran revolves around Mahendran, an ambitious officer who uses his connections inside the system and powerplay to accomplish his goals. However, when he yields to the same powerplay, his liberty at work is restricted, and his morality is questioned. In an effort to keep his position and rebuild his reputation, he plans to take advantage of the entire system. The main intrigue of the web series is whether Mahendran can carry out his tricky scheme.

Cast - Suhasini, Anarkali Marikar, Renji Panicker, RJ Karthik, and Wafa Khatheeja
The online series' four episodes each centre on intriguing and timely issues pertaining to women. The teaser mentions a few moving and captivating stories where women take centre stage. The online series was revealed on September 7, during the Mazhavil Entertainment Awards 2024. Presumably, Soul Stories will be accessible on the platform starting in mid-October or late into the month.

Neena Gupta's character looks to be living in an enigmatic house surrounded by a thick tree canopy in the teaser for 1000 Babies. She is disturbed by the unsettling visuals of children playing and crying all around her. The video shows snippets of a hidden birthing centre with a dark past. Rahman appears to be playing a character who returns to the residence to discover the reality of the situation. The web series will release soon, according to the makers.
