After a long wait, the trailer for The Family Man Season 3 was unveiled on November 7. While Manoj Bajpayee returns as Srikant Tiwari, Jaideep Ahlawat joins the cast as the main antagonist, Rukma. During the trailer launch, Jaideep opened up about joining The Family Man Season 3, the same year as Paatal Lok 2.

During the trailer launch, Jaideep Ahlawat opened up on having The Family Man Season 3 the same year as Paatal Lok 2. Paatal Lok 2 was released on January 17, 2025, while The Family Man Season 3 is gearing up for a November 21 release. Speaking about it, Jaideep said, "I am really grateful to Raj & DK. Starting this year with Paatal Lok and end with The Family Man with Raj & DK and one and only Manoj Bhai. Thank you so much."

Talking about his role, Rukma, Jaideep said that he tries to fit in and added, "The excitement to work with the person who inspires you every day, Manoj Bhai. So working with him is a wonderful experience in itself, and to see that yes, he is preparing for it."

He also added that it was a great inspiration, and the story itself was written beautifully because Rukma is ruthless and carefree, and it was exciting. "Then you know the show, you know the arc, style of it, so that helped a lot to play Rukma," he concluded. 

About The Family Man Season 3
