While speaking about working with Dharmendra in Ikkis, Jaideep shared, "Jab woh set pe aate the, mahaul ko itna easy karte the. Jo role woh play kar rahe hai film mein, it is not easy. Few people will understand this because they would never be in that situation. To play Arun Khetrapal's father and bring forth a happy person's soul, that is magic. It's magical how you keep the sadness within and bring forth joy. Those were special moments for me."

About Dharmendra's last film, Ikkis
