​It looks like Telugu actor Sunil has been signing back-to-back films in Tamil. After Jailer, the actor is now part of Vishal and SJ Suryah's next, Mark Antony. The film, directed by Adhik Ravichandran is said to be an action entertainer. Vishal dropped the first-look poster of Sunil from the film, in which he is seen in a rugged avatar and said, "Delighted to welcome #Sunil Gaaru on board for #MarkAntony (sic)."


The star cast for the film includes Vishal, SJ Suryah, Ritu Varma. Vishal's first look had the actor sporting ruffled hair, long beard with a vibhuti on forehead and it soon became a subject of discussion. GV Prakash has scored the compose music, while Abhinandhan Ramanujam and Vijay Velukutty have handled the cinematography and editing respectively. Mark Antony is billed as a pan- India project.

The Pushpa star was recently roped in for Superstar Rajinikanth's Jailer as well and the team dropped his look from the film, where he isdonning keikogi, a Japanese attire worn during performing martial arts. The actor had shared his excitement on his social media handle, "Here's me in Superstar @rajinikanth garus #Jailer Thanks to the #director  @Nelsondilipkumar and @sunpictures for this amazing role and to share screen with #Rajinikanth garu. #Sunil #JailerUpdate #PanIndiaMovie #ComingSoon (sic)." Jailer also Kannada Superstar Shiva Rajkumar and Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal as part of the star cast.

Sunil is also part of Karthi's quirky entertainer Japan directed by Raju Murugan and Sivakarthikeyan's Maaveeran, which is said to be ​a ​bilingual​ film​. Though the deets about his roles in these films are known yet, it is expected that he will have a crucial character.

Sunil is a popular comedian in Telugu films and has turned hero with films like Andala Ramudu and Maryada Ramanna. He played antagonist in Colour Photo  and the gangster Mangalam Seenu in Pushpa: The Rise. With a series of films lined up in Tamil, it looks like Sunil is indeed on a roll.
