Rajinikanth is in no hurry in his career and is doing films at leisure. He is now giving finishing touches to his latest film Jailer that is being directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar. The film is an intense drama that will also be released in Telugu. The competition is on to buy the Telugu dubbing rights of the film and none other than star producer, Dil Raju is ready to grab the rights for a fancy price.
The makers are in plans to release the film in the second week of August and at the same time, Mahesh Babu's new film in the direction of Trivikram will also be released. That means, Dil Raju will be ready with his film and compete like how he did with Varisu this Sankranthi where biggies like Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy were released at the same time.
This will create tension once again in the camps of Mahesh Babu yet again. Dil Raju who once wanted Telugu films to be given priority when compared to dubbing films is at it once again now. The gossip in the film circles is that a few producers are trying hard to ensure that Dil Raju does not bag the rights of Rajni's biggie as it will surely create chaos during release time.
But Dil Raju is a tough nut to crack and has a solid experience in dealing with such situations. Even during the time of Varisu, he took the likes of Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna head on and released his film Varisu in a large number of theaters smoothly. He will do the same this time too but he will surely go through a tough time as the opposition are making big plans from now itself.
