Janhvi Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor have sweet messages for Arjun Kapoor on his birthday

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor is celebrating his 37th birthday today. Many fans and his colleagues are pouring in wishes for the Ishqzaade actor. Cousin Sonam Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor too took to social media to share their wishes and they're sweet.

Actor Sonam Kapoor shared a few photos with Arjun Kapoor from their childhood and her wedding. On Instagram, she shared some of the unseen photographs of the two and wrote: “Happy happy birthday @arjunkapoor 15 days apart in birthdays So we’ve grown up hand in hand from childhood to adulthood. Love you brother. May you flourish and prosper because you deserve it all.”

Sonam and Arjun have been very close since their childhood and many of their social media posts are a proof of that. Arjun had earlier said on Koffee With Karan that he was a ‘third-wheel’ on Sonam’s dates. He recalled how she would make him the protective asset when a guy used to ask her out. "She used to make me this protective asset that she could carry along, so she could tell her parents, ‘Listen, I’m going with Arjun’, whereas she was going with Arjun as an added plus one with her date. I used to sit alone on those dates eating McDonalds’s burgers that she used to pay for, to also bribe me,” he had said. 

Janhvi Kapoor too had a sweet message for Arjun Kapoor on his birthday. She said she feels very happy to say that he is her brother. Sharing a photo with him, she wrote on her Instagram story: “Happy birthday to most wise and strong witty brother who can put a smile on anyones face. My brother, still get so happy when I say that. This year is yours. You’ve worked so hard and risen above every obstacle that tried to keep you down with such grace and humility. I learn from you all the time. Thank you for always having my back and for always keeping it real.”

Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor is in Paris with his partner Malaika Arora and the actor has been sharing several selfies at the Eiffel Tower. Arjun wrote, “Eiffel good… I knew I would….” 

On the work front, Arjun Kapoor is gearing up for the film Aasmaan Bhardwaj's Kuttey with Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah and Radhika Madan. He also has Ek Villain Returns. Directed by Mohit Suri, the film also stars John Abraham, Aditya Roy Kapur, Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani. The film will release on July 29, 2022.
