Trending on social media today are Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya who have been spotted together at a temple in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. According to a bunch of viral videos on social media, the ‘Bollywood actress’ and ‘politician Sushilkumar Shinde's maternal grandson’ were offering prayers to the deity in Tirupati temple.
In the viral videos, Janhvi Kapoor can be seen donning a beautiful light purple saree with minimal makeup on her face. With the saree, the starlet opted to wear silver jhumkas and a beautiful ring.
Shikhar, on the other hand, chose to wear a white cotton lungi with a golden zari patti. With this, he showcased his chiselled physique which is winning hearts on the internet.
Both of them looked absolutely comfortable in the company of each other. Soon after this video surfaced on social media, netizens with an eagle eye noticed Janhvi wearing a diamond ring in her left hand, which indirectly indicates that the duo might be engaged to each other.
However, only time will tell if the news development is true.
Who is Shikhar Pahariya?
Reportedly in a relationship with Janhvi Kapoor, Shikhar Pahariya is the maternal grandson of former Maharashtra Chief Minister, Sushilkumar Shinde. Born in 1996 to Sanjay and Smruati, Shikhar's parents went their separate ways. His father is involved in the business sector.
On several public appearances, Janhvi and Shikhar have been spotted hanging out together – be it on dinner dates or entering the premises of their homes.
Last year, Shikhar was even spotted having a conversation with Janhvi’s father Boney Kapoor – who himself is a well-established producer of movies.
Janhvi’s relationship status
Prior to dating Shikhar, Janhvi was reportedly dating social media influencer Orhan Awantramani. However, a report published in ETimes in December last year dismissed such speculations.
Before Orhan, Janhvi was in a relationship with actor Ishaan Khatter. However, the two had parted ways mutually.
