January 2023 Week 3 OTT movies, web series India releases: From Chhatriwali, Mission Majnu to Kaapa

In the third week of January 2023, there will be a lot of Telugu, English, Hindi, Hebrew, Bengali, Malayalam, Spanish, and Tamil movies and TV shows coming out on OTT platforms.

We are halfway through January 2023, and exciting titles are once again making their way to leading OTT platforms. Mission Majnu, the upcoming film starring Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna, is premiering on Netflix this week. Chhatriwaali, starring Rakul Preet Singh, will be available on ZEE5. Meanwhile, the hit Israeli series Fauda's fourth season has finally gotten its streaming date on Netflix. The wait is finally over, as That 90's Show is set to be released on Netflix this Friday.

ATM - January 20 (ZEE5)

Bake Squad Season 2 - January 20 (Netflix)

All four of the Squad's founding members are back and eager for more after baking up a storm in season one! For someone's extra-special big day, the experienced bakers transform desserts with ground-breaking concepts and dramatic execution to create show-stopping centre pieces. Christina Tosi, the founder of Milk Bar, built an empire out of tasty cookie dough. She chose each talented member of the Bake Squad herself. Season two takes it to the next level with magnificent sweet sights and surprises around every corner, like exploding cakes, a massive cheesecake tower, and an edible life-size piano. The bakers go above and beyond to produce delights you may only imagine! 

Bling Empire: New York - January 20 (Netflix)

A new group of fashionable Asian American socialites brings the drama and lives it up in New York City, flaunting their wealth and fashionable attire. 

Chhatriwali - January 20 (ZEE5)

Sanya is a brilliant chemist who is jobless and seeking employment. She also hopes to use her understanding of chemistry to provide young people with the necessary instruction to help them overcome sexual taboos. 

Fauda Season 4 - January 20 (Netflix)

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is depicted from both sides in the action series Fauda. An uncontrollable series of events is launched when an undercover Israeli agent who thought he had murdered a Palestinian militant comes out of retirement to look for him. 

Indu Season 2 - January 20 (hoichoi)

Huge estates hold horrible secrets! How will Indu find the truth by navigating the covert family links in the shadowy rooms of her new house? 

Jhansi Season 2 - January 19 (Disney+ Hotstar)

In season 2, Jhansi (Anjali), a cop and devoted mother, learns more facts about herself as her violent past collides with her calm and domestic present. 

JUNG_E - January 20 (Netflix)

A researcher at an AI facility spearheads the attempt to put an end to a civil war in a post-apocalyptic near-future by replicating the brain of a brave soldier—her mother. 

Kaapa - January 19 (Netflix)

What occurs when a young girl's name appears on the Kerala Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act (KAAPA)'s list of the state's most wanted individuals.

Mission Majnu - January 20 (Netflix)

An undercover Indian snoop embarks on a dangerous mission to reveal a clandestine nuclear weapons development deep within Pakistan in the 1970s.

Represent - January 20 (Netflix)

The comedy series Represent was developed by Jean-Pascal Zadi and François Uzan, and it is helmed by Jean-Pascal Zadi, who also stars as Stéphane Blé, an idealistic teacher who unintentionally enters the presidential contest.

Shahmaran - January 20 (Netflix)

That 90's Show - January 19 (Netflix)

She persuades her parents to let her remain for the summer since she is eager to reinvent herself. The Last of Us - January 16 (Disney+ Hotstar)

Twenty years after the destruction of contemporary civilisation, the television series takes place. A seasoned survivor named Joel is paid to transport a 14-year-old girl named Ellie out of a stifling quarantine zone. They both have to travel across the United States and rely on one another for survival, so what begins as a simple task quickly turns into a violent, sad trip.

The Legend of Vox Machina Season 2 - January 20 (Amazon Prime Video)

Vox Machina must save the planet once more, this time from the terrible dragon alliance known as the Chroma Conclave, after defending the land from evil and disaster at the hands of the most dreadful power couple in Exandria.

Varalaru Mukkiyam - January 15 (Netflix)

When a troubled young guy starts relentlessly pursuing the daughter of the new family in his neighbourhood, his life is completely turned around.

Where The Crawdads Sing - January 16 (Netflix)

The bestselling book has a fascinating mystery attached to it. The book Where the Crawdads Sing tells the tale of Kya, an abandoned child who grew up on her own in North Carolina's perilous marshes. Years of "Marsh Girl" rumours plagued Barkley Cove, cutting off the intelligent and tenacious Kya from her town. Kya is drawn to two local young men who introduce her to a new and surprising world, but when one of them is found dead, the neighbourhood immediately names her as the prime suspect. As the investigation develops, it becomes harder to determine what actually happened, which raises the possibility of disclosing some of the marsh's many secrets.

Women At War - January 19 (Netflix)

Halla is a strong-willed woman in her fifties. She does, however, lead a double life as an ardent environmental activist behind the scenes of a calm routine. Halla, who goes by the nickname "The Woman of the Mountain," quietly fights the local aluminium business alone.
