Actors Cyrus Sahukar and Jatin Sial will be seen together in the upcoming web series Potluck. The SonyLIV series, directed by Rajshree Ojha, tells the story of a family planning a special get-together as a trial in bonding. The potluck is planned by the patriarch of the Shastri family, Govind Shastri. The comedy series features Jatin Sial, Kitu Gidwani, Shikha Talsani, Cyrus Sahukar, Ira Dubey, Harman Singha, Saloni Khanna, and Siddhant Karnick in key roles.

Jatin Sial and Cyrus Sahukar opened up to TellyChakkar about their characters in Potluck. Jatin said that he plays a father to Cyrus’ character. He described his character as someone who is full of life and added that the series depicts his equation with his wife and son in an engaging and lively manner. He also said that he tried to bring on some more shades to his character Govind Shastri beyond what was written in the script and expects a positive response for his performance from the audience.

The duo shared their favourite moments too from the web series. Jatin recalls a father-son scene on his first day of the shoot. Without disclosing further details about the same, Jatin said the scene is a defining moment for their bonding. Cyrus picked his favourite scene as the one between Jatin and Kitu Gidwani, where the two are having a conversation in a car.

Helmed by Rajshree Ojha, Potluck is produced by Kunal Das Gupta. Ashwin Lakshmi Narayan has written the script of the series. The release date of the comedy series on SonyLIV is yet to be announced.
