After the massive success of Jawan at the box office globally, Atlee desires to work with Shah Rukh Khan again for a sequel of Jawan.

Shah Rukh Khan’s fans can’t keep calm! On Saturday evening, filmmaker Atlee — who recently directed Jawan – seemingly confirmed that the sequel of the action film is in the making. This development comes at a time when the movie is inching closer to earning over Rs 750 crores at the box office globally.
Speaking to news portal Pinkvilla on Saturday, Atlee expressed about a character he would love to make a spin-off. “Vikram Rathore for sure. Vikram Rathore is my hero. Maybe one day, I will make a spin-off to that. Let’s see.” The filmmaker added, “I am a daddy’s boy and hence, I love to write strong father characters. You can see it in all my films,” said Atlee to Pinkvilla.
Then Atlee was further asked whether Jawan 2 is in the making. To this, Atlee told the news portal that he would love to make a spin-off of his recent film. Atlee conveyed, “Vikram Rathore for sure. Vikram Rathore is my hero. Maybe one day, I will make a spin-off to that. Let’s see.” The filmmaker added, “I am a daddy’s boy and hence, I love to write strong father characters. You can see it in all my films.”

Jawan will sometimes live in the darkness. Sometimes, Jawan will be the one who will be emanating the light.”
