Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan has earned over Rs. 27 crores at the Box Office already. The movie sold out over 2 lakh tickets three days before its release. The movie has earned close to SRK’s last blockbuster Pathaan and this is just in the advance booking. For the uninformed, Pathaan had minted Rs. 50 crores at the Box Office on day one.
Jawan almost beats Pathaan already
Pathaan is the highest grossing film of 2023. The movie, which also featured SRK in the lead role, received immense love at the Box Office. It earned Rs. 50 crores on its opening day. Meanwhile, Jawan has crossed half of those collections with only its advance booking. The movie has earned Rs. 27.56 crores already, according to a report on Sacnilk.
The number of tickets sold out
Jawan craze is immense across India. Many have booked entire theatres for Jawan FDFS (first day first show). Among the National chains itself, the movie has sold over 2 lac tickets. Film critic Taran Adarsh reports that 2,46,000 tickets were sold till 10.45 am on September 4. The movie had sold only 50,000 tickets till September 1 and the sales have doubled up in the past three days.

Jawan is like a holiday for the fans. They are enjoying every moment of the film or what is released of it yet. Right from dancing to the songs with SRK to watching the trailer in Times Square or at the Burj Khalifa, the Jawan craze is never-ending. Like mentioned, many have booked entire theatres already and bought one ticket worth Rs. 1000 without a second thought too. Thus, undoubtedly, Jawan’s hype is way more than Pathaan at this given point of time.
