The equation between Shah Rukh Khan and his Jawan team is pure love! Today, the 57-year-old depicted the same emotion by showering praises on his movie’s costar Vijay Sethupathi.
At an event in Chennai today, the Bollywood Badshah described how he felt working with the legendary Tamil actor on the set of the film. “I can't tell you how much I have learned from Vijay Sethupathi. More than stardom, it is learning like this that makes my journey complete and exciting,” said Shah Rukh Khan at Jawan’s audio launch event in the city.
King Khan of Bollywood goes on to add, “I am deeply honoured to be here. I extend my heartfelt thanks for welcoming me here. I hold a great affection for Tamil films. I recognized early in life that some of the finest films originate from the Tamil industry.”
Shah Rukh Khan even heaped praises on Jawan director Atlee – who is going to make his debut in Bollywood with this film. Elaborating on his experience of working with the eminent South Indian filmmaker, Shah Rukh Khan wholeheartedly appreciated the filmmaker.
Atlee, at the event, even highlighted how generous and kind-hearted a person Shah Rukh Khan is in real life. “Shah Rukh sir inquired if he should attend the event, given he’s a hero from a different language. He wondered if people would recognize him. I responded, ‘Please come, sir. We’ll demonstrate the depth of our affection’,” said Atlee.
Meanwhile, on August 31, the iconic Shah Rukh Khan is all set to unveil the trailer of his eagerly awaited movie "Jawan," as well as interact with his fans at Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa. According to the creators, "Jawan" stands as a high-energy action thriller that delves into the emotional voyage of a man who's determined to right societal wrongs.
