Jawan: Kolkata Police borrows Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘bandaged’ photo in helmet awareness campaign

The craze around Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is still going strong. It has already done a business of 500 crores within a few days of getting released. Now, Kolkata Police cautioned the citizens with the Jawan Shah Rukh Khan’s poster. It posted Shah Rukh Khan’s popular bandaged photo on its social media profile and did a collage with a photo where Shah Rukh rides a bike without a helmet. Kolkata Police put the caption that says that if someone wants to show bravery without a helmet then they would be bandaged, just like Jawan.

Jawan is storming the multiplex and single screens. The cinema halls were mobbed and the film’s dialogue became immensely popular. It also did tremendously abroad. As per Red Chillies Entertainment, the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Atlee film has already bagged Rs 660.03 cr as worldwide gross box office.

The film, directed by Atlee, stars Nayanthara as the female lead and Dipika Padukone in a cameo role. Dipika’s action scene has won the audience’s hearts. However, Jawan seems to be the celebration of Shah Rukh fans.

Jawan got the censor's U/A certificate after making seven changes. The suicide scene’s timing has been reduced and scenes of beheading were deleted. The Indian President’s reference was changed to the province head.
