Shah Rukh Khan FINALLY announces prevue release date
Ever since the last few days, all the eyes were trained on the release date of Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’. The release date of ‘Jawan’ was earlier decided as June 2 this year. But, a source-based news report in Bollywood Hungama, reported that the film would be releasing on June 29 this year. The news report elaborated the reason behind the film ‘Jawan’ getting a theatrical on June 29 this year. The report stated that, with the release of film being on June 29, it will have the benefit of having a four-day weekend. Additionally, the Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer ‘Dream Girl 2’ and the Sidharth Malhotra starrer ‘Yodha’ also had got pushed to the last week of the month.
Well… putting an end to all the buzz, rumours and speculation, the King Khan Shah Rukh khan himself today, announced the prevue's release date of his much-awaited film ‘Jawan’. Shah Rukh Khan took to social media and posted the film’s prevue as well as the film’s release date. He captioned the post stating, “Main punya hoon ya paap hoon?... Main bhi aap hoon… #JawanPrevueOn10July #Jawan releasing worldwide on 7th September 2023, in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu”. The much-awaited look of Shah Rukh Khan's mega film, 'Jawan', is all set to be unveiled on 10th July at 10:30am.
Speaking about ‘Jawan’, ever since the time the film ‘Jawan’ was announced, it started making news for all the right reasons. The film has everything going in its favour. Starting with Shah Rukh Khan, who is fresh from the success of ‘Pathaan’. Second, the film sees the directorial debut of the southern whizkid Atlee. Besides Shah Rukh Khan, the film stars two southern sensations in the form of Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. The film also stars Sanya Malhotra in an important role. Besides them, ‘Jawan’ will also feature Deepika Padukone in a cameo appearance.
Recently, the film ‘Jawan’ was in the news because of its music as well. Besides the film getting a U/A certificate, the film’s makers had sold its music rights to T-Series for a whopping Rs. 36 crores!
