The Baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, today had an impromptu chat with his fans on his social media handle. In his latest Ask SRK chat, the actor was asked a plethora of questions, including his experience working in Jawan and about stars from the southern film industry.
SRK on Ajith, Rajinikanth and Vijay
When one of the fans asked the Jawan actor if he was visiting Chennai anytime soon and that if he wanted to meet any actor of actress in particular, Shah Rukh Khan replied that he had met Rajinikanth and Vijay. He added that he missed out on meeting Ajith and that he hoped to do it soon. Ajith is currently on a bike tour around the world.
SRK and Ajith shared screen space in Ashoka (2001)
It is to be noted that Shah Rukh Khan and Ajith had shared screen space in the historical drama Ashoka, which was directed and co-written by Santosh Sivan. The film was a dramatized version of the early life of the Indian emperor Ashoka of the Maurya empire. While SRK played Ashoka, Ajith played his half-brother Susima, who also has an eye on the Mauryan throne and even goes to the extent of trying to assassinate Ashoka.
SRK on Kamal Haasan
Speaking about Kamal Haasan, who called Shah Rukh Khan, the symbol of love, the Jawan actor said, "He is too kind and a friend and inspiration for every actor. #Jawan (sic)." Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan had shared screen space in Kamal Haasan's Hey Ram.
'Nayanthara, a wonderful actor'
Shah Rukh Khan also called Nayanthara a wonderful actor. Taking to his social media handle, the actor wrote, "She is so beautiful and such a wonderful actor. Has added immensely to her role. Hope her fans in Tamil Nadu fall in love with her all over again and Hindi audience appreciates her hard work. #Jawan (sic)."
