'Jawan' stuntman praises Shah Rukh Khan, reveals how the superstar behaved on the sets of the film

2023 is a special year for Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. In January this year, the 57-year-old featured in a titular role in Pathaan – a film which minted thousands of crores at the box office and became a blockbuster. While the craze around the film is yet to die down, Shah Rukh Khan fans are now equally eager to watch his next theatrical film, Jawan, soon.

On numerous occasions, Shah Rukh Khan has mentioned that Jawan is a high-octane action film for which he really worked day and night to achieve a certain level of perfection. A similar sentiment is being ushered by one of the stuntmen of Jawan has now heaped praise on Shah Rukh Khan. He revealed how the superstar took the blame when the stuntman did anything wrong and continuously checked on him.

Saddam, an action star-dancer, who was also seen in Dance Deewane, is the stuntman on the sets of Jawan, revealed a report by India Today. Praising Shah Rukh Khan’s working style, he said, “The heroes I work with are usually rough, who come and say I will do this and that. But he (Shah Rukh) was not like that. He asked me how I was going to do that stunt and checked on the safety. He was worried that I would get hurt and I briefed him about how it was safe.”

The stuntman further expressed that the ‘best thing’ about the megastar was how he checked on him after the shot. “Tu thik hai? (are you okay)” he would ask often. “Also, if the shot went wrong, he would immediately take the blame and say it was his fault. I was amazed at what kind of a star is he. SRK is really different from anyone I have worked with,” Saddam added.
