Jay Bhanushali, Vishal Singh, Monalisa come together for Hungama Play original series Dhappa – watch trailer

Jay Bhanushali and Vishal Singh, both of who were part of Bigg Boss 15, are now seen in Hungama Play’s new original series called Dhappa. They have united with Monalisa for the anthology series, which is said to be as crispy and spicy as a ‘golgappa.’ The trailer of the show is out and we finally get to know about their characters.

Jay is seen in a story where he has to struggle with his partner and the chemist to buy a condom. He orders for a ‘stop pill’ and then tells the chemist that he demanded Strepsils (a popular medicine for cough).

On the other hand, Monalisa is seen carrying the tiffin box of the man at her house. This man is revealed to be her husband and she ends up going to a party and having the night of her life, which ultimately, as one would expect, becomes a full-blown scandal.

Vishal, who is seen at the beginning of the trailer, then unites with two of his close friends. One of them appears to be his girlfriend.

Abigail Pandey is also revealed to be in the lead role in her story. She has suddenly got pregnant and her family, again, as one would expect, overreacts.

The condom topic comes again, this time with Vishal. This is a hilarious scene but unfortunately unreal, since Indian parents are nowhere close to what his on-screen parents are shown as.

Dhappa releases on May 24. The series, backed by T-Series, will be available for streaming on Hungama Play, Vi Movies and TV, MX Player, Tata Play Binge and Airtel Xtreme.
