Jaya Ahsan, Pori Moni, and others gear up for new shows on Hoichoi Bangladesh

Along with the Bengali film industry in India, Hoichoi has been producing a number of shows from its Bangladesh setup. Shows like Karagar, Taqdeer, Kaiser, Mahanagar, and many others became popular in India. Actors like Afran Nisho, Chanchal Chowdhury, and Mosharraf Karim became household names in Kolkata in the last couple of years due to the shows on Hoichoi. 

This year, Hoichoi Bangladesh announced six originals. Besides bringing back fan favourite creators like Amitabh Reza Chowdhury and Ashfaque Nipun, Hoichoi Bangladesh is also getting on-board popular and award-winning directors, like Vicky Zahed, Shihab Shaheen and Anam Biswas.

For the first time, Hoichoi has announced back-to-back shows with the top talent of the industry Pori Moni, Jaya Ahsan, Chanchal Chowdhury, Ziaul Faruq Apurba, Mehazabien Chowdhury and Mosharraf Karim.

Hoichoi Meet 2024 is a celebration of Hoichoi Bangladesh’s content over the years, since its inception and the growing popularity it has been receiving worldwide. With OTT culture increasing exponentially and breaking geographical barriers, audiences across the globe are getting acquainted with Bangladesh’s content and talent.
