The actor, who is now awaiting the release of his next with debutant director Divyang Thakkar, has opened up about the process of working with a first timer.

Talking to Pinkvilla, the actor said that director Aditya Chopra called him and told him about the movie calling it “unprecedented” and so he met with young, newbie director Thakkar for a narration.

Recalling it as a memorable narration, the actor said, “ I probably never felt like that during a narration where I'm laughing and crying. I was like, 'Okay, you really have something to say. You're so invested and passionate that it's infectious. This has to be done'."
