Jhund: Lafda Zala, an upbeat track from Amitabh Bachchan's sports drama, released

A new song 'Lafda Zala' from Amitabh Bachchan's upcoming sports drama Jhund released today. Sung by Ajay Gogavale, a press release described the track as an "extremely rowdy rhythm coming and hitting in the perfect place."

National Award-winning duo Ajay-Atul has composed 'Lafda Zala', written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. This is the latest track from Jhund after 'Aaya Ye Jhund Hai.' The video accompanying the song features the lyrics in bright neon font against a montage of stills from the film.

The sports drama is Ajay-Atul and Nagraj Manjule's latest collaboration after Fandry and Sairat.

Jhund is Manjule's Hindi directorial debut and will follow Bachchan as Vijay Barse, a Nagpur-based retired sports teacher who coaches a slum soccer team. The real-life Barse is the founder of Slum Soccer, an organisation that uplifts underprivileged children through the sport. 

Bhushan Kumar is producing along with Krishan Kumar, Raaj Hiremath, Savita Raj Hiremath, Manjule, Gargee Kulkarni and Meenu Aroraa under the banners of T-Series, Tandav Films Entertainment and Aatpat.

Jhund will be out in cinemas on March 4.
