JioCinema to premiere epic documentary Ram Janmabhoomi - Return of a Splendid Sun on THIS date

JioCinema will stream the legendary documentary Ram Janmabhoomi: Return of a Splendid Sun on January 25, 2024. The documentary traces the origins of the holy land of Ayodhya and the revolutionary events that occurred there, with narration by Dilip Piramal and Amish Tripathi and scripted by Anirban Bhattacharya and Pranav Chaturvedi.

The documentary explores the history of Ayodhya and the events leading up to the consecration of the Ram Mandir in great detail, with renowned novelist and diplomat Amish Tripathi narrating the proceedings.

About the writer: his novels, including the popular Shiva Trilogy and the Ram Chandra Series, have made him the best-selling Indian author of all time. With 20 translations into Indian and foreign languages since 2010, his works have sold 7 million copies. Between the years 2019 and 2023, he oversaw the Nehru Centre in London and was the Minister of Culture and Education at the Indian High Commission in the United Kingdom. Along with his acting career, he has hosted several documentaries for television, including Legends of the Ramayan on Discovery TV and The Journey of India alongside Amitabh Bachchan.
