Jitendra Kumar’s Panchayat season 2 beats Delhi Crime S2, Rocket Boys to become the most loved web series of 2022

Panchayat 2 has become the most loved web series of 2022. Jitendra Kumar’s show has managed to beat the likes of Delhi Crime season 2 and even Jim Sarbh’s Rocket Boys to achieve that feat. In fact, it has even beaten Ajay Devgn’s debut show Rudra and gained the top spot.

Sakshi Tanwar’s Mai, which was among the most-viewed shows on Netflix, has also not even come close to beating Panchayat 2. Ormax Media released a list of web series which have been making a noise in 2022 from January to August.

If Panchayat season 2 made it to the first spot, not very surprisingly, Shefali Shah’s Delhi Crime season 2 came on the second spot. Jim Sarbh’s Rocket Boys has landed among the top three on the list.

Pankaj Tripathi’s Criminal Justice: Adhura Sach came fourth on the list, beating even Gullak. The third season of Jameel Khan-Geetanjali Kulkarni’s Gullak released recently and it is the fifth on the spot of the most liked web series of the year.

Ajay Devgn’s Rudra also made it to the list but at number six. It beat Shefali Shah-Kirti Kulhari’s Human (seventh most liked web series of the year) to gain the spot.

Not just that, Rudra and Human even beat Pratik Gandhi’s The Great Indian Murder and Huma Qureshi’s Maharani 2. The shows are on the eighth and ninth position respectively.

Sakshi Tanwar’s Mai, which was the sixth most loved web series on Netflix, came 10th on the list of best web series of 2022. It is the only Netflix show on the list apart from Delhi Crime.
