Jiya Shankar and Harsh Beniwal's new single Meri Zindagi released; fans super excited to see them in one frame

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, many of the companies will start encashing on the day and its ‘importance’. And what better way than to shoot a music video that’s filled with unlimited romance! One such track happens to be ‘Meri Zindagi’, which has been sung by Tulsi Kumar and Vishal Mishra. The music video of the soulful track has just been released and it features the mint fresh pairing of Jiya Shankar and Harsh Beniwal.

The music video, which has been directed by Arif Khan, has been shot in the serene locales of Manali and its snow-clad mountains. The music video features Tulsi Kumar playing herself with the beautiful Jiya Shankar her assistant and Harsh Beniwal as the production man who is in charge of tasks like air blowing on the stars, managing shooting schedules etc…

Intensity of Jiya’s love for Harsh

It is amidst the shooting of Tulsi Kumar that it becomes the case of love at first sight for both- Jiya Shankar and Harsh Beniwal. The intensity of Jiya’s love for Harsh becomes so much that she starts imagining the said song being picturized on them both… only to wake up from daydreaming. Even though both of them like each other, they choose to keep mum about their feelings. 

‘Kahaani mein twist’ in the love story!

Then happens a ‘kahaani mein twist’ while Jiya leaves with Tulsi Kumar as they pack up and move. Will Jiya and Harsh be able to meet each other again and confess their love for each other is what forms the crux of the music video.

As for the music video, full points to the song’s director Arif Khan for capturing nature’s serene beauty in its raw form. The chemistry between Jiya Shankar and Harsh Beniwal definitely forms one of the USPs of the music video. The music composers for Rashmi Virag’s soulful lyrics are Javed and Mohsin, who do full justice.
