Punjabi rockstar Diljit Dosanjh is back in Bollywood with yet another highly anticipated project to spread his charms again. Jogi, a Netflix original film, is all set to release next. Meanwhile, the makers have dropped the first teaser video.

Based on the 1984 Sikh riots, the upcoming film is intriguing fans with the latest official promo as well as Diljit's character in it. Netizens also shared their thoughts on all the screaming and violence Sikh people among others went through a few decades ago.

Netflix shared the latest teaser on its official Twitter handle with a special caption that reads, "Himmat da naam Jogi. Umeed da naam Jogi. Watch this gripping tale of bravery, friendship and hope. Jogi arrives September 16th, only on Netflix! #Jogi #JogiOnNetflix (Sic)."

One of the netizens praised the ace actor-singer and wrote on Twitter, "Jogi on @NetflixIndia from 16th September No doubt @diljitdosanjh Is the best choice for this role #DiljitDosanjh #JogiOnNetflix (sic)."

Another Twitter user wished his best to the film and mentioned, "All the best Waheguru Ji bless you always (sic)."

Another admirer of Diljit praised him for his performances so far and penned, "You're soo versatile. Can't wait to see your this blockbuster performance @diljitdosanjh (sic)."

A movie buff plugged in The Kashmir Files in the post to praise Jogi and mentioned, "I supported Kashmir Files and definitely gonna support this movie.I guess there are many people like me who will do the same. (sic)."

A Punjabi fan praised the latest teaser as well as Diljit's appearance in it and wrote, "Ssa veerji @diljitdosanjh bohat ghaint acting trailer bohat wadiya aa usto v wadiya tuhade face expressions sache patshah tuhanu khush rakhe Good Luck waiting…..(sic)."
