Netflix unveiled the first-ever look at the teaser for Jogi, a forthcoming heart-pounding drama about brotherhood, at Films Day in Mumbai. Diljit Dosanjh joined the event remotely, joining director Ali Abbas Zafar, producer Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and star Amyra Dastur in attendance.

In a statement, Diljit said that as an actor, one wants to develop alongside the role they play. Every role he plays helps him develop internally. The actor must genuinely feel a connection to the character. Jogi has a special place in his heart, and he can say with joy that this story has been conveyed on a hugely influential and global platform like Netflix. Diljit will always be grateful to all of his fans for helping to shape who he is. He hopes they will like seeing him as Jogi as well. Unfortunately, the actor was unable to attend the launch. However, one can see from the trailer that this is his first Netflix release and the subject is very important to him.

While Ali Abbas Zafar has also stated that the film is based on a true story. The most crucial aspect of the movie was that it had to be completely accurate to appear real. They succeeded despite the difficulty.

Set in Delhi in 1984, Jogi tells the tale of a tenacious friendship and bravery in the face of hardship. The movie is an exciting, sentimental adventure about the tenacity of three bonded friends.
