The third instalment is unfortunately facing some legal scrutiny, just a week ahead of the release. A petition has been filed in the Gujarat High Court to prevent the film from releasing, claiming that Jolly LLB 3 makes fun of India's judicial system. The petition also claims that the official trailer highlights the judge in a bad light and uses unacceptable words.
