Jolly O Gymkhana video song from Vijay's Beast out

The popular song Jolly O Gymkhana from Vijay's Beast was released recently. The film's production house took to its social media page to share the news. And what's interesting is that within a few hours, the song got more than 1 million views. The song is sung by Vijay and has lyrics penned by Ku Karthik . Choreographers Jani and Bjorn Surrao appear in cameo appearances as themselves in the song. The lyrics for the Hindi version is written by Raqueeb Alam and the Telugu version is written by Chandrabose both. Both are sung by Nakash Aziz.

Director Nelson Dilipkumar's Beast was released on the occasion of Tamil New Year on April 13. The film has Pooja Hegde playing the leading lady and Anirudh Ravichander scoring the music. The film has an ensemble star cast that includes Selvaraghavan, Shine Tom Chacko, Yogi Babu,Redin Kingsley, VTV Ganesh, Shaji Chen, Aparna Das,Sathish Krishnan, Lilliput and Ankur Ajit Vikal. Vijay plays a RAW agent in a film who is on a mission to save people held hostage by terrorists in a mall. Cinematography for the film is by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing is by R Nirmal. The stunts were choreographed by Anbariv, who stated that the film will have some heavy-duty octane energy stunts. Beast received mixed reviews from critics and audiences.

The film marks the return of Pooja Hedge to Tamil after her last appearance in Mysskin's Mugamoodi, which she teamed up with Jiiva. This is Anirudh's third collaboration with Nelson Dilipkumar after Kolamaavu Kokila and Doctor. Anirudh had earlier scored music for Vijay's Kaththi.
