Prime Video said that the first episode of the new Amazon Original series Jubilee will be shown all over the world. Vikramaditya Motwane is in charge of directing the fictitious 10-part drama that Soumik Sen and Motwane are producing. The screenplay and dialogue for the series are written by Atul Sabharwal. Reliance Entertainment, Phantom Studios, and Andolan Films produced the series. The rest of the great cast is made up of Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aparshakti Khurana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sidhant Gupta, Nandish Sandhu, and Ram Kapoor.

The plot of Jubilee shows the stories and dreams that led to the Hindi film industry as we know it. It shows how both India and the film industry changed over time. The series is a suspenseful yet beautiful story centred on a cast of individuals and the risks they're ready to take in pursuit of their goals, passions, ambitions, and loves. It is set against the backdrop of the golden era of Indian film. Part One (Episodes 1–5) will be available for Prime members to stream on April 7. Part 2 (Episodes 6–10) will be available the following week, on April 14.

Speaking about the series, Aparna Purohit, the head of India Originals at Prime Video, said that Jubilee honours all the performers and technicians who create this enchantment on screen as it celebrates the wonder of film. The plot chronicles the struggles and triumphs of three young protagonists as they embark on their quest to get into the movie business. The plot is chock-full of love, resentment, deceit, and passionate ambition. The brilliant art of Vikramaditya Motwane and the heartfelt music of Amit Trivedi will take viewers back to the 1940s and 1950s when Hindi movies were at their best. They are proud of Jubilee and can't wait to share it with the rest of the world.

Since he was an assistant director who was enamoured with the world of movies even when there wasn't a story to tell, Vikramaditya Motwane, the film's creator and director, said that Jubilee has been a love story for him. While the series is set in that renowned period of cinema, Jubilee is a very human story with narrative elements that will appeal to everyone, which is what first drew him to the subject. Each part of the show has been carefully researched so that it stays true to its period. The most spectacular adventure has been taken with the help of a fantastic studio, some of the greatest performers, and the best staff ever. The filmmaker has enjoyed working on this series every day, and he can't wait for people to see what they have collectively accomplished.
