JugJugg Jeeyo Box Office prediction: Varun Dhawan-Anil Kapoor’s film likely to collect Rs 10 crores on opening day

Varun Dhawan and Anil Kapoor’s JugJugg Jeeyo is likely to collect Rs. 10 crores on its opening day. Various trade analysts confirm that the film will open to at least Rs. 10 crores at the Box Office on day one. JugJugg Jeeyo was previously predicted to open at Rs. 8 crores at the Box Office.

JugJugg Jeeyo, a Dharma Production film, is slated to release in theatres on June 24, when India is going through its fourth COVID-19 wave. The movie might have crossed at least Rs. 15 crores at the Box Office on its opening day in life pre-COVID times. However, given all factors, trade analysts predict that the film will mint only Rs. 10 crores at the Box Office.

The movie would have ideally earned Rs. 8 crores at the Box Office. However, since it has received positive word-of-mouth already, there is a possibility that more people would want to view this film, which is about marriage and divorce.

The Raj Mehta directorial has gained more popularity ever since critics and viewers who caught up with the preview shows, showered praises on the film. Raj has also established himself as a director ever since his film Good Newwz, starring Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh released in theatres.

Thus, the viewers are excited to see the package – what Raj brings to the fore and how Varun and Anil add their charm to the film. While Varun and Kiara bring the young crowd to theatres, Anil and Neetu make it a family entertainer. The film is also special because it will see Neetu in a film after a long time. This is also her first film since her husband Rishi Kapoor’s demise.

Releasing on June 24 in theatres, JugJugg Jeeyo also features Maniesh Paul and Prajakta Koli in pivotal roles. The movie’s OTT release date and platform are yet to be announced.
