Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was admitted to the hospital yesterday, May 22, 2024, after he suffered a heatstroke. The actor was admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad on Wednesday afternoon. The actor was rushed to the hospital post-KKR vs SRH IPL match as he was unwell due to dehydration and heatstroke. Actress and co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders has now given an update about the actor's health. 

Juhi Chawla gives update on Shah Rukh Khan’s health

Juhi Chawla, along with her husband Jay Mehta, visited her close friend SRK in the hospital and now the actress has given his health update. Speaking to News18, Juhi informed that Khan was not feeling well but is now in a much better condition. She said, "Shah Rukh was not feeling too well last night but he is being attended to and was feeling much better this evening. God willing, he will soon be up, and in the stands on the weekend, cheering the team, as we play the finals."

As soon as Shah Rukh Khan was hospitalised, his wife Gauri Khan was also seen arriving at Hospital.

Shah Rukh Khan was in Ahmedabad on Tuesday to attend the match of his team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Narendra Modi Stadium. He was accompanied by his daughter Suhana Khan and his son AbRam Khan. The trio also celebrated the team's win against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Several pictures and videos of the actor from the stadium went viral online where he was seen greeting the fans as he took a lap around the stadium.

Shah Rukh has a busy 2023 as he gave three back-to-back hits with Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. All the films were a box office success and marked an outstanding comeback for the actor after a 4-year hiatus. In a recent interview, the actor revealed that he chose to take a sabbatical and put all his focus on his IPL cricket club as this role demanded a lot of him physically. During every match, the superstar is spotted at the stadium cheering for his team.
