Jurassic World Dominion star Chris Pratt on co-star Bryce Dallas Howard: 'She has been an extraordinary partner'

Since the release of Jurassic World (2015), the audience have been a witness to the sizzling chemistry between power-packed onscreen couple, Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard). They have also been a witness to the journeys of the characters who have grown and evolved in the Jurassic World universe, fighting, saving and befriending dinosaurs. And now, they can't eagerly wait to witness their amazing chemistry once again with the the grand finale of the Jurassic World movie.

The actor Chris Pratt recently shared his thoughts about the on-screen couple and experience of working with Howard. In a statement, he said, “Owen’s relationship with Claire has gone from a flirtatious banter to a relationship of true love and mutual respect. They have each other’s backs and something bigger than themselves to stay together for." He called their relationship, a 'mature parental type of relationship'

Fans adore the chemistry between the two stars. Throwing light on their pairing, he added that Bryce has been an 'extraordinary partner' throughout the film series and the two have developed a friendship that he believes will last forever. "We have also always had each other’s back, and I am grateful to have gotten to know her and watch how she has blossomed and grown as an actress, a filmmaker, a mom, and a woman," he said, adding that the two have been through a lot and he loves the way the story of Owen and Claire have shaped up. "And it’s especially nice that we got to be so instrumental in the development of our characters and their roles in this beloved franchise,” he further said.

The movie also sees the return of the terrific trio of Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neill for the finale. Commenting on it, Pratt said it was an honour working with the three of them. He grew up watching and loving Jurassic Park, and the three had etched in his mind. He had already considered them as icons at a period in his life when he had no idea what he will be doing to earn a living. "Back then I never thought I would be an actor, but here I am now. And not only am I living out my dream of being an actor, but also sharing the screen with these icons of my childhood. It really feels like I kind of won the lottery here," he said. 

Jurassic World Dominion hits the theatres on June 10, in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu in 3D, IMAX 3D, 4DX and 2D. The advance bookings of its tickets were open a month ago and if you haven't already booked a ticket, do it right away!
