Kabzaa: First Mumbai, then Cochin - here's what's ahead on the promotional map for the Upendra - Shriya Saran starrer

For filmmaker R. Chandru, Kabzaa is more than just a passion project. During his many interactions with the media so far, he has highlighted multiple times that he was inspired to outdo himself after watching the KGF films on the big screen. And in order to realize a dream of his own that could be as glorious and grand as KGF, he has had to strive incredibly hard.

And to recognize the journey he has made thus far, R. Chandru has gone back to his roots for a very special reason. The director-producer has chosen his hometown of Sidlaghatta as the grand venue for the launch of the third single from Kabzaa and has invited several superstars from the Kannada Film Industry to grace the occasion.

"I had invited all my friends and my teachers when Charminar had released so with Kabzaa being a pan-Indian film which is releasing in 50-60 countries, I feel incredibly happy that I am getting the blessings of my people. And since I was inspired to become a filmmaker after watching a film shoot involving Shiva Rajkumar sir, I feel that this special event will give all the thousands of youngsters the motivation to become filmmakers or actors tomorrow," said R. Chandru while speaking to a media outlet.

With Sidlaghatta being the venue for the third single, what's next on the promotional map for team Kabzaa? "We will be flying over to Mumbai on March 2nd, to Cochin on March 5th and so on. The film is ready and the effort now is all about taking it to the people," he added. 

The much-awaited trailer of Kabzaa is expected to be launched in Mumbai on March 3rd amid tremendous fanfare. The film will be released in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and many other Indian/foreign languages. Kabzaa, which stars Upendra, Shriya Saran, Nawab Shah, Kiccha Sudeep and many others, will release worldwide on March 17th and is slated to premiere on Amazon Prime Video later.
