Director R. Chandru impressed everyone by choosing to launch the third single of his upcoming mega venture, Kabzaa, in his hometown of Sidlaghatta. "This town is very special to me. I want the youth of Sidlaghatta to witness Shivanna, Uppi sir and others in person and feel inspired," said Chandru ahead of the song launch, adding that, indeed, it's great pleasure for him to organize the event in a place he holds closest to his heart. So, for obvious reasons, the turnout was massive as people from Sidlaghatta and all the nearby towns thronged the premises to catch a glimpse of the team of Kabzaa and other superstar guests of the evening.

And just as promised, the event lived up to the hype with Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, Shriya Saran, Geetha Shiva Rajkumar and many others gracing the stage to launch the Chum Chum Chali Chali song from the film. Minister of Medical Education and Health of Karnataka, K. Sudhakar, too, was seen in attendance. With Shivanna treating the crowd to his iconic lines from OM (a film directed by Upendra) and Upendra sharing a dialogue from Kabzaa, the crowd seemed jubilant as ever.

But that wasn't the only surprise in store for them as R. Chandru, during the concluding moments of the event, announced that a certain Mr. Pawan Kalyan has shared a special note for the makers of Kabzaa. "I have a special surprise for you all. Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan sir has sent across his wishes after watching the making of Kabzaa," said the overjoyed R. Chandru, causing the crowd in front to cheer loudly.

While many expected it to be a voice note or a video clip, it soon turned out that the Hari Hara Veera Mallu actor had sent across a letter to team Kabzaa. The crowd also hoped that the contents of the letter would be read out but with time being a constraint, they had to settle for a projected image. Some even wondered whether the Telugu superstar had actually shared a note or team Kabzaa was pulling a stunt, so to speak, but one could expect the note to go public at the earliest.
