Kangana Ranaut holds a special screening of her film Tejas for Indian Air Force officers and important dignitaries

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut is one happy person these days. And she has every reason to be so. Her most awaited film ‘Tejas’ is being readied for a theatrical release on October 27 this year. And the actress is not leaving any stone unturned to ensure that the film hits the jackpot at the box office. And adding to her happiness was the fact that, today, Kangana Ranaut held a special screening of her film ‘Tejas’ for Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and also the officers of the Indian Air Force at the Indian Airforce Auditorium.

After the film’s screening, Kangana Ranaut took to social media and posted the photographs of the special screening. The actress commented on the post stating, “Team Tejas held a special screening for Respected defence minister @rajnathsinghbjp ji and many dignitaries from the Indian Air Force at the Indian Airforce auditorium today evening. It was an enthralling experience to see a film dedicated to the defence forces and our soldiers with so many soldiers and honourable Defence Minister himself. In a surreal moment after watching the film Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, SM, VSM removed his fighter jet shaped brooch from his jacket and gifted to my director @sarveshmewara This gesture moved us deeply it seemed we have accomplished our mission. We are beyond thrilled can’t wait to bring the film to you all coming Friday 27th October”.

As for the film’s cast, besides Kangana Ranaut, it also stars Varun Mitra, Anshul Chauhan, Vishak Nair and Ashish Vidyarthi in important roles. The inspiring film ‘Tejas’, which has been slated to be released on October 27 this year, has been directed by Sarvesh Mevara, who has also written the film. The film has been produced by Ronnie Screwvala. Besides ‘Tejas’, Kangana Ranaut is also busy with her next film ‘Emergency’, in which she plays the central character.
