Kangana Ranaut calls Salman Khan 'kind'

Kangana Ranaut who is gearing up for the release of Emergency, revealed that Salman Khan is very kind to her. In a new interview, she opened up about the actor's kindness and also revealed that Salman offered her Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan, however, she rejected them.
In a recent conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Kangana Ranaut revealed that Salman Khan offered her a role in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. She recalled the time and added, "I was like ‘Yeh kya role diya hai?’ (what is this role?). He then approached me for Sultan. I didn’t take that up. He was like ‘What more do I offer to you now?'”
She further said, despite having rejecting roles in Salman’s films, the actor has been very kind to her.
Calling him 'kind,' the Fashion actress said that Salman keeps talking to her and is even excited to watch Emergency.
She further added that they have a common friend, he sent him to have a look at what film Kangana has made’.
"He called me and said, ‘It’s a nice film’. I was like, ‘So you have the news, but you haven’t watched it yourself.’ This is the kind of bonding we share”, she added.
During the trailer launch of her film Emergency, the actress expressed her desire to direct Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Salman.
The Tanu Weds Manu actress said that she would also love to show the talented side of theirs, wherein they can act, and also look good. She added, "And they can also do something, which is very significant to the society. I would like to make a film like that. Because I think they are all very talented.”
Meanwhile, Emergency is written and directed by Ranaut and features the actress in the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film is slated to release in theaters on September 6, 2024.
