Kangana Ranaut is not known to mince words, and this hol ds true for her recent Instagram story, in which she took an indirect dig at celebrities who were part of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Kangana shared an article about the late singer Lata Mangeshkar refusing to sing at a wedding even after she was offered millions of dollars for it. Sharing her own thoughts on her Instagram story, Kangana wrote, “I have been through worse financial setbacks, but Lata ji and I are the only two people who have massive hit songs (fashion ka jalwa, ghani baawli ho gayi, london thumakda etc) to our credit but no matter how many temptations I got I never danced in the weddings.”
Kangana added that she was offered many superhit item numbers, but she refused to do them. She also doesn't attend award shows. “It takes strong character and dignity to say no to fame and money. In the world of shortcuts, young generation needs to understand only wealth one can acquire is the wealth of integrity,” she signed off.

Kangana was conspicuous by her absence at Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar last week. While some thought that she wasn’t invited, her latest post indicates that she appears to have turned down the invitation. Reportedly, Kangana is facing a financial crisis as she has invested almost all of her money in her upcoming film, Emergency.
Emergency is slated to be released in theatres on June 14. It is the story of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
