Mohanlal's look from Kannappa is out now
This time, the spotlight is on Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, whose first-look poster as Kirata in the period drama has been unveiled. The legendary actor looks powerful in the poster, portraying the role with striking intensity. Mohanlal, who shares a close bond with the Manchu family, reportedly did not charge a fee for his cameo. According to reports, his character will appear in the film's flashback episodes.
Kannappa also features cameos by Prabhas and Akshay Kumar, alongside some of the biggest names from the South Indian film industry in pivotal roles. Recently, Vishnu Manchu visited the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain to announce the film's release date. Kannappa is set to hit theaters on April 25, 2025, on a record number of screens worldwide.
