About Kantara Chapter 1
Kantara: Chapter 1 is a prequel that explores the origins of the conflict and rituals seen in the original film, focusing on the story of Berme (Rishab Shetty), a warrior from the Kantara tribe in 300 CE. The plot centres on Berme's struggle against the ambitious Prince Kulasekhara (Gulshan Devaiah) of the neighbouring Bangra kingdom, who seeks to control the Kantara forest and its resources.
