Kapil Sharma to team up with Sajid Nadiadwala for his next project

Kapil Sharma seems to be on a roll these days. The actor-comedian is certainly keeping busy these days, working on a new film project in addition to his hosting duties on The Kapil Sharma Show. It was recently announced that the star is also gearing up to take on another project, collaborating with famed producer Sajid Nadiadwala.

According to a report by IANS, Sharma will have a starring role in the upcoming film and Nadiadwala revealed that the makers are currently preparing a script for the project. The producer reportedly revealed the same during his appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show and also added that he would officially announce the project within the next two months. The episode, titled Nadiadwala Special, will air on Sunday on Sony Entertainment Television and will be available to stream on SonyLIV as well. In the episode, the producer will be seen with his wife Warda Khan as well as Bollywood stars Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon and Ahaan Shetty.

In a promo for the upcoming episode, Nadiadwala is seen talking about Archana Puran Singh, who is also a part of The Kapil Sharma Show. The producer talked about how he gave the actress a ‘break’ in the film industry.

Meanwhile, Sharma is currently working on a film , written and directed by Nandita Shah, wherein the actor is set to portray a ‘never-seen-before avatar’. In the film, which is expected to start shooting sometime this month, he will share the screen with Shahana Goswami.
