Karan Johar would cast Ranveer Singh for his biopic because of THIS reason

Karan Johar feels that Ranveer Singh is the actor who can work in his biopic. The filmmaker was all praises for the actor. There is a reason why Karan feels that Ranveer will be the perfect fit for his biopic. Karan did not even blink or think twice but instantly named Ranveer when he was asked the question during a Pinkvilla event.

What Karan said

Naming Ranveer, Karan said, “He is a chameleon. He does a great imitation of myself, and I have seen that on the sets of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Even on Koffee with Karan, he mimicked everyone to perfection. He can transform into anything.”

No other actor

Karan did not have any other actor in mind. He said that if and when his biopic will be made, Ranveer will be the only one playing the lead in the film.

On Dola Re Dola sequence with Ranveer

Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt were seen in a Dola Re Dola sequence from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani. While talking about the same, Karan called it a special moment and remembered how the actors trained hard for the sequence. The actors took a workshop for two months non-stop.

On Karan Johar’s bucketlist

Karan will be working with Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in a movie once again. The filmmaker has given us some memorable projects featuring the two, including Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and My Name Is Khan.

Not just that, Karan is also ready to work with Kartik Aaryan. He said that he does look forward to collaborating with the actor on a project that they find interesting. They were going to work in Dostana 2 but things did not materialize and there were reports that things were not well between the two. However, they quashed the rumours time-and-again and with his most recent statement, Karan once again confirmed that he and Kartik could likely work together in the near future.
