Shiva Rajkumar is arguably the busiest actor in the business right now. The 60-year-old star has a slew of projects currently in the making, with each of them belonging to a different genre and each outing promising something new to his massive legion of fans. From Yogaraj Bhat to Sachin (of Avane Srimannarayana fame), the veteran actor is collaborating with filmmakers of varied sensibilities and styles who have conceived some of the most unique and inventive storylines.

In a recent interaction with a media outlet, Shiva Rajkumar spoke in detail about his upcoming projects, sharing a few key details about each of them. "I am currently working alongside Prabhudeva on Karataka Damanaka, which is a pukka commercial entertainer. Rockline Venkatesh is the producer with Yogaraj Bhat directing it: as the title suggests, this will be a trademark Yogaraj Bhat movie that is fun-filled and also very meaningful because it deals with an issue. I think fans will really enjoy that film."

"I am also working on Ghost with Srini (M.G. Srinivas) which is a beautiful suspense thriller. After that, I will begin work on Arjun Janya's 45 which also stars Raj B. Shetty and Upendra. There's Saga of Ashwatthama in the pipeline which will be helmed by Sachin B. Ravi - that too is a super intriguing film in the works."

While Yogaraj Bhat's Karataka Damanaka comes as a period film, Ghost will see Shiva Rajkumar in a slick and suave avatar. 45, on the other hand, boasts an exciting combination of Shivanna, Raj Shetty, and Upendra while Sachin Ravi's Saga of Ashwatthama imagines him in a larger-than-life, almost-super hero-like avatar for the very first time in his career. He will also be seen alongside Rajinikanth in Nelson Dilipkumar's Jailer and as Dhanush's older brother in Captain Miller.

Shiva Rajkumar is also slated to work on the Mufti spinoff titled Bhairathi Ranagal (based on the character he played in the 2017 film). Initially, Narthan, the director of Mufti, was associated with the spinoff but it is uncertain at this point whether, or not, he will be directing the film. In the same media interaction, Shivanna said that Bhairathi Ranagal is expected to go on floors soon.
